Pano AI closed a $44M Series B led by Giant Ventures with participation from Congruent Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Initialized Capital. Pano, which provides AI-powered wildfire detection, helps detect threats early then deliver visual intelligence and real-time data to support smarter, faster decision-making and enhance community safety.
January Ventures was an early investor in Pano AI and we’re excited to continue supporting Sonia Kastner, Arvind Satyam, Michael Golub and the entire Pano team in their mission to build the best possible tools for emergency managers on the front lines of the wildfire crisis.
Treefera closed a $30M Series B by Notion Capital with support from Endeit Capital and follow on from AlbionVC, Triple Point and Twin Path Ventures.

Vault, an end-to-end software platform to help report, record, and resolve misconduct at work has been acquired by Diligent, the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance SaaS solutions. Vault’s AI-first approach will help to build on Diligent’s capacity to serve global enterprises and help to detect risks earlier, respond faster, and build greater trust across stakeholders and employees. Recognized among innovators and leaders like Le Creuset, Ryan Reynolds, and Waymo, Pano AI earned its spot on the list for its network of cameras, satellite imagery, and AI algorithms that enable it to alert municipalities to more than 100 fires in 2024.
